1st body paragraph.

First of all, I believe that job satisfaction gives people a sense of fulfilment that no money can guarantee. Even if someone is earning a high salary, but feels tensed and compromises with his conscience, this person won’t enjoy his life. While pursuing one’s interests will always bring pleasure and feeling of satisfaction. For example, a lot of famous researchers made their career choices not because of appealing wages, but because they were passionate about science. That’s why it is more important to choose the king of work you happy than to look only at high salary.

2nd body Paragraph

Secondly, doing what you like keeps you motivated and therefore leads to a career growth, in other words, here is a strong relation between job satisfaction and productivity. People who love their jobs can easily excel in their fields of work and achieve results than those, who put salary on the first place. For instance, Henry Miller decided to leave his everyday job despite a good wage and ventured to become a write. And after enduring years of ups and downs he became one of the most famous and well-paid authors of the twentieth century. This, advantages of jobs that keep you satisfied outweigh the drawback of low salary in a long-term perspective.

                               In this day and age the tourism industry is growing at a tremendous speed. Due to the boom in transport industries and holiday packages, there is a debate ongoing on whether the visitors from other nationality should follow local customs and behaviors during their stay in host countries.

Let us examine both views before reaching a concrete decision     

                             As far as I am concerned, there are several advantages to respecting diverse cultures. To start with, it creates a multicultural environment in the country and develops a sense of tolerance in the people. This attitude will benefit them when they visit another country. Another benefit of acceptance diversity is that it makes life more interesting. Variety, after all, is the spice of life. When people belonging to different cultures live in one place everyone will be able to enjoy a variety of cuisines, wear different kinds of clothes, celebrate exotic festivals and learn several languages. This not only makes life more interesting but also helps the local economy. The United States and the European Union nations are home to people from all over the world. Their success and their growth rates are a result of their willingness to accept the best talent from all over the world irrespective of their cultural backgrounds.

                             Furthermore, while it is true that a nation can benefit from cultural diversity, it does not mean that local cultures and traditions should be ignored. They should be promoted too and a nation can encourage visitors to follow the local customs; however, in my opinion, imposing them on a visitor is unjustified. Visitors who follow the local customs also benefit. They have better chances of blending themselves with the local community. They also enjoy greater degree of acceptance.

                            Weighing up both sides of the argument that the balanced exchange of cultures and behavior of foreigners with local people will benefit both the countries to come together and calm down if there are any frictions between the countries. Also, this will have a positive impact on the economy of both countries.

Social media is the most significant blessing of technology in the modern era. Social media is mainly internet based tools and applications that people use for collaborating, amusing and sharing information. The most common social media platforms are Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, and Instagram, although all these have both positive and negative impacts on our society and individuals.

Let’s discuss both pros and cons before reaching concrete decision.

Firstly social media ease the communication system that contributes to building relationships. Nowadays more than 90 percent people are using smart phones and at the meantime 45 percent of them surf the internet every day. For example students utilize social media for study, Businessmen conduct virtual meeting and send documents in attachments, and so social networking sites benefit societies in maintaining globally. Populaces benefit from several viewpoints when using electronic social platforms such as education, communication, workplace, marketing, entertainment and money more.

The most critical disadvantage of social media is using them for cyber bullying, hacking and addiction. Social media platforms to bully other also known as cyber bulling. A study shows that around 50 percent of adolescents were bullied for cyber bulling in Bangladesh until 2016. Most youngsters got bullied on Instagram following, Facebook, snap chat and YouTube. Social media most alarming negative impact on society is addiction. Spending more than 3 hours on social media per day puts adolescents at a higher risk for mental health problems. 13% of kids ages 12-17 report depression and 32% report anxiety. 25% of 18 to 25-year-olds report mental illness. These age groups report high usage of social media. For example: In 2016 and American teenager named Megan Taylor Meier committed suicide because of cyber bulling.

To conclude: Social media has both pros and cons on individuals and society. It depends on the users do they use it for constructive activities or destructive activities.

In the contemporary age, the large proportion of people notifies that they are not able to fulfill their night rest. I am going to discuss some sleeplessness issue and some solutions in the following paragraphs.

The first and foremost reason behind this phenomenon is depression. According to WHO (World Health Organization) depression is a common mental disorder. It involves a depressed mood or loss of pleasure or interest in activities for long periods of time. So when a person is depressed and has no peace of mind he cannot sleep peacefully. Exclusively young age band face this issue much because they don’t have social life devote abundant of their time on social media which is the main root of disruptive sleeping problems. Young generation spends their nighttime using smartphones or other electronic equipment such as laptops, tablets and so on. They don’t sleep on time this cause depression and also disturb the sleeping habits.

Furthermore, Stress is also a reason of disordered night rest. As we are aware that with the developing the technology our desires are also becoming unlimited.  This needs unscheduled working hours. On the other to handle everyday expenses is also a big challenge for any family head especially in under developed countries. For a middle class family it not easy to manage food, rent, utility bills expenses and offspring educational fees by having one job. To fulfill all these they work day and night which put stress on them. As a result of this, they try to complete their job task even spending the whole night. To illustrate my point, recent research has shown that people suffer from a variety of mental disorders and other non-communicable diseases due to the lack of sleep as compared to the last five years.

To solve this problem Governments and individual should take serious actions. First of all government of any country should broadcast some special programs regarding depression causes and solutions. Also there should be some seminars on School, Colleges and Universities level to give awareness to young generation about negative health effect excessive use of social media.

In conclusion, main problems which causing sleeplessness are depression, stress and excessive use of smart phone, tablet, laptop and internet. Government and individual together can control this problem.
